Skyline was founded by Mr. Baruch Parnes, Mr. Guy Parnes and Mr. Aviv Carmel.  Mr. Baruch Parnes serves as Chairman of the board. Mr. Aviv Carmel and Mr. Guy Parnes serve as the company's General Managers. Skyline professional team consists of more than 100 of the most experienced personnel, who are well known throughout the industry for their expert skills in Management, Operations and Services

The team undergos continuous training for working at heights by the Ministry of Labor as well as international leading crane training facilities and in-house ongoing training. Skyline’s staff is also highly experienced in unsual & complex projects positioning the company as a technological leader in the crane industry
